- Previous experience in greenhouse or agricultural work is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of plant care practices, including watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing facilities for a healthy growing environment
- Follow protocols for planting, transplanting, and harvesting crops
