- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is desirable but not mandatory

- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

- Basic understanding of crop care practices, irrigation systems, and equipment operation

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting a variety of crops according to seasonal and crop specific requirements

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, plows, and harvesters

- Prepare fields for planting by plowing, tilling, and fertilizing the soil

- Assist in the care and management of livestock, including feeding, watering, and basic health monitoring
