Founded by Joan Arambulo and her partner Divina Yonelinas, both originally from the Philippines and now proud Canadians.
Joan's Job Services was born out of a profound understanding of the challenges faced by newcomers in assimilating into the Canadian workforce. Recognizing the critical need for assistance in this transitional process, Joan and Divina established the agency to provide personalized support, job training, and access to a vast network of employers.
